The Yoga Loft is located at
540 Delaware Avenue in Albany,
New York. It is upstairs from the Chocolate
Gecko and Laurel's Flower Shop in a
newly renovated building next door to the Avenue A and near
Nichol’s Restaurant.
From downtown
Albany: We are roughly 2 blocks past the intersection
of Whitehall Rd. / Second Ave. on the left.
From southern
end of 787: Make a left onto McCarty Ave. which is
also known as Southern Blvd. and McAlpin Ave. At the 2nd stoplight,
turn right onto Delaware Ave., and the Yoga Loft is half a
block down on the right.
From Delmar:
Take Delaware Ave towards Albany and the Yoga Loft is just
half a block past the intersection with McAlpin Ave. as you
pass over the NYS Thruway bridge.
From Exit 23 of NYS Thruway:
Take the exit immediately after the toll booths and turn left
onto McCarty Ave. Follow it till it ends and make a right
onto Delaware Ave and the Yoga Loft is half a block down on
the right. |
