The Yoga Loft is a beautiful studio in a convenient Delaware Avenue neighborhood about a mile from downtown Albany, New York. Open since December 2001, the studio is fully equipped with all necessary props and has an Iyengar style rope wall. It is a lovely place to study, as over the years it has become infused with a deep sense of serenity and openness.
We offer a variety of classes and instructors in the hope that everyone, from absolute beginners to more experienced practitioners, will find a class suitable for them. Our staff of teachers have completed 500 hours of intensive teacher training and offer years of experience. Please call one to discuss the best fit for your needs or just drop in on a class. Know that yoga has something to offer to everyone as it is a process of gradual opening and strengthening.
